Klarissa started dancing at a young age and has always had a passion for it. She successfully auditioned for a HipHop crew at 15 and began performing and competing in competitions, and soon after turned her attention to teaching.
Klarissa attended The Dance College, Royston, completing her DDI in ISTD Tap, Ballet and Modern, as well as her DDE in Tap and Modern.
At the same time she completed her degree with The Royal Academy of Dance in Dance Education.
Klarissa has worked in many amazing dance schools and lower schools, and has also taught GCSE and Curriculum Dance at Bedford Modern, Thornton College and Samuel Whitbread.
Klarissa has been very fortunate at Aspire to choreograph many pieces for Competitions and has won numerous times with the Aspire Senior Troupe. Klarissa is looking forward to increasing her teaching at Aspire and continuing to help and choreograph for future competitions.
From September 2019, she will start her PGCE Teacher Training at Samuel Whitbread to continue her Professional Development.
